What ID do I need?
Each signer needs a current, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID card or passport. If you don't have one, call me first and we'll figure out your options.
Should I sign my document before you arrive?
In most cases, no. Many documents, like affidavits, must be signed in front of the notary. To be safe, wait until I arrive. If it's already signed, call me first.
How much does it cost?
Ohio law sets the notary fee at up to $5 per notarial act. Because I travel to you, there's also a travel fee, starting at $35, based on distance and time of day. We agree on the total before I head out.
Do you do evenings and late nights?
Yes. Evening, weekend and late-night requests are welcome. Call or text, and I'll confirm my availability.
Where will you meet me?
Wherever works for you: your home, office, a coffee shop or another convenient location in Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. Farther travel is available by arrangement.
Can you help me fill out my document or tell me what it means?
No. Notaries can't give legal advice or prepare documents. If you have questions about what to write, talk to an attorney or the office that gave you the document first.
What if someone who needs to sign can't be there?
Every signer must appear in person with their ID. If someone can't make it, we can schedule a separate visit for them.
Do you help with apostilles?
Yes. If you need help navigating the apostille or document-authentication process, contact me to discuss your document and the assistance available.
Do you offer online notarization?
Not yet. Remote online notarization is coming soon. Availability will be announced once authorization and setup are complete.
How can I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you do loan signings for title companies?
